Booking & Service Questions
How do I book a ride?
Request a quote online with your date, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers and the occasion. We will confirm availability and send your quote.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Minneapolis, St. Paul and the entire Twin Cities metro, plus long-distance trips to Rochester, Duluth, St. Cloud and beyond.
Do you offer hourly service?
Yes. Hourly as-directed service is ideal for events, tours, nights out and multi-stop business days.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes. Every airport pickup includes flight tracking, so your chauffeur adjusts to early or late arrivals.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 24 hours for airport and corporate rides, and several weeks to several months for weddings, proms and holidays.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes. Contact us as early as possible with changes and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Is alcohol allowed in the vehicle?
Passengers 21 and over may enjoy beverages where permitted by law. Alcohol is never allowed for passengers under 21.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the type of booking and will be included with your quote and confirmation.
